Twitter is abuzz today with news of the death of America’s public enemy #1, Osama Bin Laden (not to be confused with their president). Looking at Google’s realtime search reveals that around 10:22AM ET, people were starting to talk about the capture of Osama Bin Laden but a few minutes after, people started tweeting at Osama’s death and from there, Twitter was flooded by tweets with links to reports about Osama Bin Laden’s death, some even wanting to cash in on the news as can be seen above on the screenshot I’ve taken of CreditLoan’s promoted tweet.
